It is the work of the master Gaspar Díez, built on the site of the old medieval temple, which preserves the bell tower that was raised over time with a pair of body of bells and the top that was built in the twentieth century.
It is a building with a Latin cross plan with a dome over the transept and chapels between the buttresses, very characteristic of Valencian Baroque architecture. It preserves the original plinth of Valencian tiles and the old doors, redecorated from the episode 1936/1939, highlights a large altarpiece of polychrome and gilded wood in the headwall in Baroque style.
Es obra del maestro Gaspar Díez, construída en el solar del antiguo templo medieval, del cual se conserva el campanario que fue elevando‐se con el tiempo con un par de cuerpo de campanas y el remate que se construyó en el siglo XX.
Es un edificio de planta de cruz latina con cúpula sobre el crucero y capillas entre los contrafuertes, muy característico de la arquitectura barroca valenciana. Conserva el zócalo original de azulejería valenciana y las puertas antiguas, redecorado a partir del episodio 1936/1939, destaca un gran retablo de madera policromada y dorada en el testero en estilo barroco.
