Description

CASINO LLIBERAL

The Casino Liberal was initially a private building, a meeting place for liberals. After the Civil War it passed into the hands of their descendants. In the 1950s, the building housed the first radio station "Radio Juventud de Algemesí" with a small theatre where the programmes were open to the public.

Nowadays, the Casino is owned by the Town Hall. There are some rooms such as the Exhibition Hall, the Restaurant, the Berca TV and an auditorium in the theatre of the old radio station.
