Fuente muñoz(Benagéber)

La Fuente Muñoz is a natural spot in Benageber, with a large camping area near the majestic dam of the municipality.

It has a free camping area for about 100 tents approximately, paelleros, shed. It has tables and benches. It has a fountain. Toilets with w.c, washbasins and showers without hot water. In the same zone there is a bar/central of activities.

Without a doubt, a great camping area to go with family, friends, couple ... and spend a perfect day.

To arrive to this beautiful natural place, the indications would be the following ones: Benageber direction, Benageber road. Go down to the reservoir towards Fuente Muñoz, and continue the forest track upstream to the tail of the reservoir. From Tuéjar take the road towards Embalse de Benagéber. After 18 km we arrive at the dam and cross it. In 1.6 km turn right towards Fuente Muñoz. In 0.4 km turn right onto a track. In 2.6 km turn right again and continue on to the area. It is well accessible by car.

La Fuente Muñoz es un paraje natural de Benageber, con una amplia zona de acampada cerca de la majestuosa Presa del municipio.

Dispone de una zona de acampada libre para unas 100 tiendas aproximadamente, paelleros, cobertizo. Dispone de mesas y bancos. Dispone de fuente. Aseos con w.c, lavabos y duchas sin agua caliente. En la misma zona hay un bar/central de actividades.

Sin duda alfguna, una zona de acampada genial tanto para ir acompañado de familia, amigos, pareja…y pasar un día perfecto.

Para llegar a este bonito paraje natural, las indicaciones serían las siguientes: Dirección Benageber, Ctra. Benageber. Bajar al pantano dirección Fuente Muñoz, y continuar la pista forestal aguas arriba hasta la cola del pantano. Desde Tuéjar tomar carretera en dirección Embalse de Benagéber. Tras 18 km llegamos a la presa y la cruzamos. En 1,6 km desvío a la derecha hacia Fuente Muñoz. En 0,4 km desvío a la derecha por pista. En 2,6 nuevo desvío a la dcha. Seguir adelante hasta el área. Se accede bien con automóvil.
