The building was constructed approximately in the 30's of the last century. It has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and is part of the Valencian Cultural Heritage.
Social awareness and nostalgia on the part of the people with respect to this monument has made it recognized and appreciated by the inhabitants as it reminds them of where they used to go to wash clothes. It is because of the interest of the municipality that this washhouse is maintained to this day in very good condition.
El edificio fue construido aproximadamente en los años 30 del siglo pasado. Está declarado Bien de Interés Cultural y se integra en el Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano.
La conciencia social y la nostalgia por parte del pueblo respecto a este monumento ha hecho que sea reconocido y estimado por los habitantes ya que les recuerda a donde antiguamente se iba a lavar la ropa. Es por el interés del municipio que este lavadero se mantiene hasta nuestros días en muy buenas condiciones.
