Description

It is the longest beach in the municipality, with more than 3 km long, which makes it an ideal place to walk along its shore. It has a quieter character than the Levante beach and is where most of the national tourists are concentrated. It is an urban beach with an annexed promenade that houses a large number of restaurants, bars and shops for the enjoyment of tourists.
It has a complete offer of services and leisure facilities, such as floating platforms, biblioplayas, playgrounds, playgrounds, sports games, shaded areas for reading or accessible beach service, which facilitate access and enjoyment for people with reduced mobility.
It has a maximum width of 105 m, composed of fine-grained sand and has been awarded the Blue Flag since 1987 and quality and environmental management certificates in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13009 (Q for Quality), UNE 170001:1/2 and EMAS Regulations.
Its characteristics are as follows: length: 3,100 meters, average width: 74 meters, maximum width: 105 meters, minimum width: 33 meters, sand surface: 146,239 m2.
