Description

The facade, quite unique for the Valencian Baroque, generally simpler, combines late Baroque and neoclassical influences, visible in its composition with curved pediments. The construction of the bell tower should wait until the first years of the 19th century.

The temple has three naves with a transept and a barrel vault with lunettes in the central nave. The pillars are of Corinthian order and sgraffitoes that serve as decoration. Over the transept rises the dome, supported by shells decorated with frescoes. The dome without drum is illuminated by a slender lantern. Another dome rises with oval plant and octagonal drum, over the Chapel of the Communion, where the patron saint, the Virgin of Buen Suceso, is venerated.
The columns that support the temple are of Corinthian order. It has a baroque façade, with late baroque and neoclassical influences.

The bell tower, exempt to the temple, is from the beginning of the XIX century. It has three sections, the upper one with a bell tower with four openings with semicircular arches and twin columns. In the upper part there is a terrace. The bells were restored at the end of the 20th century, and were not destroyed during the Civil War because of their use to announce changes in the irrigation of the irrigation ditches.
