Built in the late seventeenth century on the remains of the old castle which was guarded by Romeu Marti in the moments before the offensive against the Muslims.
It is one of the distinctive and most beloved places of Castelló de Rugat, in fact the popular festival of the Casssoletes is celebrated in October. The hermitage building has a simple rectangular floor plan with a single nave and bell tower.
Construida a finales del siglo XVII sobre los restos del antiguo castillo el cual estaba custodiado por Romeu Martí en los momentos previos a la ofensiva contra los musulmanes.
Es uno de los lugares distintivos y más queridos de Castelló de Rugat, de hecho se celebra la popular fiesta de les Casssoletes el mes de octubre. El edificio de la ermita consta de una sencilla planta rectangular con una única nave y el campanar.
