It was originally Gothic in style, although it is now mostly Renaissance. It maintains the original Gothic structure, although it later acquired the Renaissance style. At present it is completely restored and rehabilitated. On the facade stands out the noble coat of arms of the Vilarrasa family.
The entrance is through a wide doorway with a semicircular vault with long stone voussoirs. The access leads to a rear courtyard, around which the rooms were distributed, a set of Gothic elements such as the staircase, the pointed arch and the stone curbstone of the cistern are preserved. This cistern has traditionally been used to supply the village. Another Gothic element is the semicircular arched gallery on the platform.
The facade has a noble coat of arms, the Vilarrasa coat of arms with the five roses, which means that the building is considered to be of cultural interest under the Valencian Cultural Heritage Law.
At the southern end of the facade there was a tower, now disappeared, very similar to the tower of Benavites.
Originalmente fue de estilo gótico, aunque actualmente es renacentista en su mayor parte. Mantiene la estructura gótica original, aunque posteriormente adquirió el estilo renacentista. En la actualidad se encuentra totalmente restaurada y rehabilitada. En la fachada destaca el escudo nobiliario de la familia Vilarrasa.
La entrada es por medio de una ancha portada con bóveda de medio punto con largas dovelas de piedra repicada. El acceso lleva a un patio posterior, alrededor del cual se repartían las estancias, se conserva un conjunto de elementos góticos como la escalera, el arco ojival rebajado y el brocal de piedra de la cisterna. Esta cisterna ha sido usada tradicionalmente por el abastecimiento del pueblo. Otro elemento gótico es la galería de arcuación de medio punto en el andén.
La fachada luce un escudo nobiliario, el de Vilarrasa con las cinco rosas, que comporta que el edificio esté considerado bien de interés cultural en aplicación de la Ley de patrimonio cultural valenciano.
En el extremo meridional de la fachada existió una torre, ahora desaparecida, muy parecida a la torre de Benavites.
