Building recently restored and dated between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries. The permanent exhibition of the Museum offers a journey through the cultures that populated our lands. There are tools and objects ranging from prehistory to the sixteenth century and a collection of pieces belonging to the Centelles Palace.
You will find the following rooms:
In Room I.- Prehistory the findings of the region since the Neolithic.
Room II Iberian and Roman Period - How were the Iberian settlements, and the passage of the Roman culture.
Room III The Medieval, Islamic and Christian Period - From the Arab incursion in 711 to the reconquest by the armies of James I of Aragon.
The Centelles Palace Hall - the objects recovered from it.
Edificio recientemente rehabilitado y datado entre los siglos XVI y XVIII. La exposición permanente del Museo nos ofrece un recorrido por las culturas que poblaron nuestras tierras. Hay útiles y objetos que abarcan desde la Prehistoria hasta el siglo XVI y una colección de piezas pertenecientes al Palacio de los Centelles.
Encontrará las siguientes salas:
En la Sala I.- Prehistoria los hallazgos de la región desde el Neolítico.
Sala II Período Ibérico y Romano - Cómo fueron los asentamientos ibéricos, y el paso de la cultura romana.
Sala III Época Medieval, Islámica y Cristiana - Desde la incursión árabe en el año 711 hasta la reconquista por parte de los ejércitos de Jaime I de Aragón.
La Sala del Palacio de Centelles - Los objetos recuperados en ella.
