The washing place of Riba-roja de Túria known as the “Llavaor Vell” is the most ancient and the only conserved nowadays. It is located in the most ancient place of the town, in the back part of the Castle next to the “Barranco de los Moros” whereit takes the water from the main canal. In the 60s, laundries began to fall in disuse what advocated its abandonment and deterioration. It was rehabilitated in 2010, retaining its structure and original features..
El “Llavaor Vell” es el más antiguo y el único que se conserva en el municipio. Está situado en la zona más antigua de la población, en la parte posterior del Castillo junto al Barranco de los Moros, donde toma el agua de la acequia principal. Al igual que la cisterna, cayó en desuso en la década de los 60s. Fue rehabilitado en el año 2010, conservando su estructura y elementos originales.
