Font dels Setze Xorros(Vilallonga)

Built in 1913, located in the main square of Villalonga, it has 16 spouts distributed in 3 basins. Some years later, a column crowned by a statue symbolising justice was added, and it was demolished in 1931 during the Second Republic. In 1951, the "font dels setze Xorros" (fountain of the seven jets) was inaugurated during the patron saint festivities (October). It has a flow that can reach up to 6000 litres per minute, supplying the market garden and its population. The town of Vilallonga commemorates the "miracle of the fountain" that in 1708, according to tradition, Senent Pla, a charcoal burner from Villalonga, found the image of the Virgin floating in a box in the river Serpis. In 1712, the charcoal burner placed the image of the Virgin on a fountain that supplied water to the town during a period of drought, after which water gushed out. Since then, this miracle has been celebrated and given its name as the Virgen de la Fuente (Virgin of the Fountain).

Construida en 1913, situada en la plaza principal de Villalonga, cuenta con 16 caños repartidos en 3 pilas, pasados unos años se le añadió una columna coronada por una estatua símbolo de la justicia, siendo derribada en 1931 en la Segunda República. En 1951, en sus fiestas patronales (octubre) se inauguró la "font dels setze Xorros". Tiene un caudal que puede llegar a alcanzar 6000 litros por minuto, abastece a la huerta y a su población. La localidad de Vilallonga conmemora el "milagro de la fuente" que en el año 1708, según la tradición, Senent Pla, carbonero de Villalonga, encontró la imagen de la Virgen flotando en una caja en el río Serpis. Colocando carbonero en 1712, la imagen de la Virgen sobre una fuente que abastecía de agua a la localidad, en una época de sequía, tras lo cual brotó agua, desde entonces se celebra este milagro dando nombre como la Virgen de la Fuente.
