Its construction dates back to the 19th century. It is a small temple with a gabled tile roof, attached on the right side and back to private homes, with its facade slightly protruding from the rest of the houses on the street. At the head of the church is the sacristy of lesser height. Before the recent renovation, the walls were painted white with cream-colored highlights, openings and baseboard; currently they are simply plastered without any pictorial decoration.
The facade, oriented to the east, has lateral sashes that end above the curvilinear cornice in pillars with pine cone decorations. In the center stands the belfry, topped with cross and in its only hole houses a bell cast in 1883, that is, 50 years after the construction of the chapel. It was donated by the founder of the hermitage. The interior is small, with a single nave with an elongated and narrow rectangular floor plan, a checkered floor and a barrel vault with sashes. The decoration is sober and follows the neoclassical taste.
Su construcción data del siglo XIX. Es un templo pequeño con cubierta de tejas a dos aguas, adosado por lateral derecho y fondo a viviendas particulares, sobresaliendo ligeramente su fachada del resto de casas en su calle. A la cabecera resalta la sacristía de menor altura. Antes de la reciente reforma los paramentos estaban pintados de blanco con resaltes, vanos y zócalo en color crema; actualmente están simplemente enfoscados sin ninguna decoración pictórica.
La fachada, orientada al este, posee fajones laterales que acaban por encima de la cornisa curvilínea en pilares con adornos de piñas. En el centro se alza la espadaña, rematada con cruz y en su único hueco alberga campana fundida en el año 1883, es decir, 50 años después de la construcción de la ermita. Fue donada por el mismo fundador de la ermita. El interior es reducido, nave única de planta rectangular alargada y estrecha con piso ajedrezado y bóveda de cañón con fajones. La decoración es sobria y sigue el gusto neoclásico.
